Contacted LED Equipped to order a controller for my Mimi light bar as my controller wasn't working properly as workers were loose o the on- off switch. The new switch arrived on April 7 about 5 days after I ordered the new one. LED Equipped was very helpful getting the new controller to me . I would definitely buy from them again and have recommended LED Equipped to all my Fire Department Friends. Have had my 23' bar for over 2 years and have the public tell me they can see it from a distance as a very bright light. Thank you for a great light bar

Missing part bad customer service call in and no return call.

I have gotten two emergence lights and am very pleased with the workman ship and reliability of the lights. They are very bright day or night. People have asked where I got them. I would definitely buy from LED Equipped again.

I purchased a product because of the description. When I go the product, it did not have the options it said. I contacted customer support and told them. I told them I didn't want to be upsold on something I was supposed to already have. They said they don't do that. I said great so you will swap my product for what I wanted. They said yes but I had to pay more. I told them that is what upselling is and they stopped responding. So I requested a return label. HORRIBLE company for doing exactly what they said they don't do. Will never buy from again.

Great price, great quality and the product is very bright.

Works as I had hoped. Only complaint I have is that it was advertised as all red to all amber. It's all red on one setting, but when I switch colors it's half amber, half white. Wasn't what I wanted or expected but I can deal with it

There was no wiring diagram included with the product. This would be helpful.

Have replaced label's on my siren controller 3 times now at my expense! Still can't get them to stay on it, at almost $30 each time.....for stickers! I'll be switching brands and companies.
